In celebration of Olé, Concha Buika will perform a special concert at Pearl Park. Known commonly by her stage name, Buika, the Spanish singer was voted one of “50 Great Voices” by NPR. Her stunning performances draw inspiration from flamenco, jazz, and R&B. The Grammy nominated artist has a unique talent for surpassing language barriers to ensure that audiences of all tongues can understand and relate to her music. Her rhythmic style and the fluidity of her performances will make even the most straight-laced listener tap their foot or sway their head to the music. Las Coronelas, the all-female mariachi group that hails from San Antonio will open the show. The band has become a local favorite in the Alamo city due to their stunning vocals, led by Vanessa del Fierro, and their commanding stage presence.
