A kundalini yoga, meditation, and gong experience with Jenn Whitney
Sunday, February 24th, 5:30-7pm
«If we rise for tomorrow, make ourselves valuable, help others, serve others, talk to others, open people’s minds and hearts, share their dreams, and serve them in one way or the other as we can—that will be very pleasant to everybody's soul.” — Yogi Bhajan 12/29/02
We will move, meditate, and chant together in the tradition of kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with the intention of balancing our ten bodies and opening our hearts to the sound current of hope and joy so that we may be clear and strong enough to lift others in the way we move through our daily lives.
